Skene Business Centres hosts a variety of well-equipped meeting rooms in various sizes and locations across Aberdeenshire. Boasting accessible locations and suited to an array of businesses types, our Aberdeenshire meeting rooms are readily available for internal and external clients with half, and full-day discounts.
We have a variety of sizes depending on the requirement.
Our impressive Boardroom seats up to 16 people and has a large 75” TV for presenting with ClickShare and is available to book at 7 Queen’s Gardens.
We have two Meeting Rooms with seating for up to 8 people each with a large 65” TV for presenting at either 7 Queen’s Gardens or 23 Rubislaw Den North.
In addition, we also offer the following rooms for an hourly rental at 7 Queen’s Gardens:
• Our Counselling Room offers a comfortable space for therapists to meet their clients and is popular for ad-hoc bookings.
• An Unoccupied Office provides an uninterrupted working space for hot-desking or when a smaller meeting table would be more suitable for interviews or one on one meetings.
The minimum booking is for 30 minutes but the room can be booked for up to 8 hours. We are also pleased to accept bookings for more than one day.
Access for meeting room bookings is during our reception hours: Monday to Friday between 9.00am – 5.00pm.
The rooms are set up with free wi-fi for easy access to the internet.
Tea, coffee and biscuits can be set up at a client’s request. Lunch orders can be provided, when booked in advance, and are supplied by a neighbouring café.
The rate will depend on the room and the length of the booking. We offer discounts for half and full days or if booking for more than one day. Please contact us directly for current rates and availability.
Our Boardroom at 7 Queen’s Gardens has a large 75” TV, which is equipped with a camera for connecting to your laptop for video conferencing.
Our serviced offices are dedicated rooms, which are perfect for desk-based clients or the rooms can be converted to suit a therapy or treatment room client. We also offer a virtual office service, which provides an ideal and cost-effective solution for clients who want to establish an office presence with a professional reception service and mailing address at short notice, but without having to rent an actual office.
We have free on-site car parking at all locations for our clients. Visitors also benefit from free on-site car parking at 7 Queen’s Gardens and 23 Rubislaw Den North.

Offices and rooms are available for occupation within 24 hours of receiving a signed licence agreement.
Our standard minimum term is 6 months but we offer reduced rates for longer-term commitments of 12 to 24 months. Depending on availability we may be able to accommodate short-term requirements.
Our rent includes utilities, housekeeping, reception service and access to amenities such as private gardens, business lounge, waiting area, kitchens and a shower room.
