Skene Business Centres’ Rubislaw Den North location is a mid-century modern two-storey building; some might say it’s a particularly handsome example of the era’s brutalist architecture. A detached two-storey building in its own grounds, it was purpose-built as a company’s Regional Headquarters.
It offers clients a secluded and private location for their business and, as such, is the perfect location for businesses looking for a discreet, understated, and private place in which to conduct business. This location offers furnished private offices and therapy room spaces ranging in size from 1 to 8 desks.
Here, as well as at Queen’s Gardens, we offer private gardens in which clients and their staff can relax. South- and east-facing offices boast a view of the Den’s canopy of trees, and all offices showcase views of trees and nature; the sight and sound of birds create a rare atmosphere for office accommodation in the city centre. Landscaped gardens with tables and chairs to the rear promote wellbeing, offering people the opportunity to enjoy lunch outside on the south-facing patio.
The services and facilities offered have been recently upgraded to meet the needs of our current cohort of clients. The reception has been upgraded to create a larger waiting room for clients' visitors who visit on an appointment-only basis, and the change of use from what was the boardroom into a business lounge where clients meet to enjoy breaks and lunch together.
The business offers comprehensive services including mail handling and postage sending service, complemented by facilities such as a visitor waiting room, business lounge, kitchen and bath/shower facilities.
All clients benefit from 24/7 fob access, while client's visitor access is managed remotely Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.
Free private on-site parking is provided for clients and visitors, along with plentiful on-street pay-and-display options. Additional amenities include private gardens with outdoor furniture and secure bike racks.
There is access to meeting rooms at Queen's Gardens and secretarial assistance, including services such as reception telephone answering and printing handled by the remote reception team.
Offering various sizes of office accommodation and consulting rooms in Victorian townhouses within the city's conservation area
