We have three Business Centres located in prime locations in the west end and city centre of Aberdeen with free on-site car parking and private gardens. We provide a choice of private offices and therapy and treatment rooms to rent at 2, 3 & 7 Queen’s Gardens, 23 Rubislaw Den North and 50 Gilcomston Park (formerly known as 96 Rosemount Viaduct).
We provide a variety of sizes and types of offices, therapy and treatment rooms. We have larger spaces for up to 15 desks or smaller rooms with one desk. Many offices and rooms retain their original features and are available fully-furnished and equipped for an office environment. You may also bring your own furniture and equipment, and even decorate the rooms to suit your style.
Our standard minimum term is 6 months but we offer reduced rates for longer-term commitments of 12 to 24 months. Depending on availability we may be able to accommodate short-term requirements.
Offices and rooms are available for occupation within 24 hours of receiving a signed licence agreement.
Our rent includes utilities, housekeeping, reception service based at 7 Queen's Gardens and access to amenities such as private gardens, business lounge, waiting area, kitchens and shower room.
We have free on-site car parking at all locations for our clients. Visitors can also benefit from free on-site car parking at Queen’s Gardens and Rubislaw Den North.
We also have a virtual office service, which provides an ideal and cost-effective solution for clients who want to establish an office presence with a professional reception service and mailing address at short notice, but without having to rent an actual office. We also offer a variety of meeting rooms to hire for internal and external clients for hourly and daily rates.

Skene Business Centres offer three meeting rooms in Aberdeen at our Queen’s Gardens centre. Available in a variety of configurations: boardroom-, u-shaped, and theatre-style layouts for product launches and small events. Our meeting rooms can be hired in half-hourly increments.

Our 7 Queen’s Gardens Business Centre offers meeting rooms to internal and external clients, and is located in a prime location in the west end with free, on-site car parking.
We have a variety of sizes available at 7 Queen's Gardens depending on the requirement.
Our impressive Boardroom - The Mackenzie Room - seats up to 16 people and has a large 75” TV for presenting with ClickShare.
Our ground floor meeting room - The Ellis Room, and lower ground meeting room - The Wilson Room - offers seating for up to 8 people each with a large 65” TV for presenting.
In addition, we also offer the following rooms for an hourly rental at 7 Queen’s Gardens:
• Our Counselling Room offers a comfortable space for therapists to meet their clients and is popular for ad-hoc bookings.
• An Unoccupied Office provides an uninterrupted working space for hot-desking or when a smaller meeting table would be more suitable for interviews or one on one meetings.
Access for meeting room bookings is during our reception hours: Monday to Friday between 9.00am – 5.00pm.
The minimum booking is for 30 minutes but the meeting room can be booked for up to 8 hours. We are also pleased to accept bookings for more than one day.
Tea, coffee and biscuits can be set up at a client’s request. Lunch orders can be provided, when booked in advance, and are supplied by a neighbouring café.
The rooms are set up with free wi-fi for easy access to the internet.
Our Boardroom at 7 Queen’s Gardens has a large 75” TV, which is equipped with a camera for connecting to your laptop for video conferencing.
The rate will depend on the room and the length of the booking. We offer discounts for half and full days or if booking for more than one day. Please contact us directly for current rates and availability.
